Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will arrange for a free re-clean of the affected area.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

  • The service could not be completed due to an error on our part

  • We fail to deliver the service booked and no re-clean or reschedule is possible

  • Payment was made in advance and the service was cancelled by us

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service

 

Refund Process

​If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
You may request a refund by contacting luminahomecare88@gmail.com with your booking details and reason for the request.

Consumer Rights

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under the ACL are protected, and this policy does not limit or exclude those rights.
