These Terms and Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Lumina Home Care (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By making a booking, you accept these terms in full.

Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services, including but not limited to house cleaning, office cleaning, mattress cleaning.
All services will be carried out by trained and insured cleaners using safe and eco-friendly products.

Bookings and Quotes

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property differs.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • You must provide accurate access details and notify us of any hazards on-site.

Payments

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • We accept approved payment methods such as bank transfer, cash, or electronic payment.

  • Services must be paid for in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff illness, or emergencies).
